Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using NoSpendToday ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions

NoSpendToday offers auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) to unlock premium features:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Introductory offers (e.g. free trials) are available to new subscribers only.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. The app is a personal habit-tracking tool and does not constitute financial advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
